My journey to becoming a health advocate wasn't just a career choice, it was born from necessity. After struggling with undiagnosed hypothyroidism, pre-diabetes, and gluten intolerance for years while watching too many family members lose their battles with obesity-related conditions, I made a life-altering decision: health education would become my priority and purpose.
